There are several important dates to be aware of:

• The cutoff for our hotel room block is July 1st. Any hotel room reservations made after that date will not receive the Delta Sigma Phi room block rate.
• The cutoff for receiving your Convention Swag Box is June 16. Anyone registering after that date might not receive a complete Swag Box in time for Convention.

Members and volunteers who are representing a chapter, association, or board as an officer, or who serve as a chapter advisor or national-level volunteer, can apply for delegate certification. You can review section 7.2 of the constiution for additional info on eligibility requirements and vote allocations.

Once you know which entity you will be representing, visit your Attendee Hub and log in if needed, then click the Delegate Certification tab and complete the form for your role. Depending on which entity you're representing and your role (or lack thereof), additional verification steps might be required. If necessary, current officers will receive automated emails, allowing them to approve your certification request. Please contact headquarters if you have questions.

Yes! There are several Free Time blocks on our Convention schedule. Take this opportunity to explore and enjoy the vibrant city of Denver or unwind with your brothers—it’s up to you! During these times, consider joining one of our planned excursions, such as the Denver Zoo or Meow Wolf, or explore iconic Denver landmarks like Union Station, the 16th Street Mall, and Larimer Square. Whether you choose adventure or relaxation, there's something for everyone!

Gordian Knot stickers are a great way to recognize and honor your brothers while supporting the Delta Sigma Phi Foundation. Each gift of $5 to the Foundation will purchase a Gordian Knot sticker for you to honor those who have made an impact on you, your Delta Sig experience and your life.

Stickers are available now for $5.00 per sticker, or you can grab a pack of 5 stickers for $20. They will also be available at the Foundation table during convention. These stickers can then be displayed on an attendee nametag to show your support for the Delta Sig Foundation.

Our Convention hotel rate starts at $209 per night plus taxes and fees. Be sure to book early to secure your room at this discounted rate before it fills up!

Convention registration is available online, as of January 25, 2025. You can visit the Convention registration webpage at any time to get signed up.

Delta Sigma Phi's 2025 Convention will start on Thursday, July 24 and concludes Saturday, July 26.

You can arrive to—and depart from—Denver whenever you'd like, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Check-in begins on Thursday, July 24 at 10:00am and runs until 5:00 pm.
• Opening ICA begins at 5:00 pm on Thursday.
• Opening Reception begins at 7:30 pm on Thursday, and is open to all members and non-members.
• The closing event is the Awards Banquet, ending on Saturday, July 26 around 9:30pm.
• We recommend departing on Sunday, July 27.

You have several options for commuting between the airport and the Convention hotel:

1. Rideshare Services (Lyft and Uber): These are the most direct and flexible options for transportation. Simply follow the signs to the designated rideshare pickup area at the airport, request a ride through the app, and provide the hotel address. The cost varies depending on the time of day and demand but is typically reasonable for most budgets.
2. Public Transit (RTD A-Line Train): For a more affordable option, you can take the RTD A-Line train from the airport to Denver Union Station. From Union Station, you can transfer to a bus or rideshare service to reach the hotel. The A-Line train runs frequently, with a one-way fare of $10.50, and offers a scenic, hassle-free ride into the city.

We suggest bringing your membership badge, your fez (if you already have one) and the proper clothing, as outlined on our Attire page. Don't forget your running shoes and activewear, if you plan to work out or compete in the Gordian Knot 5k Trot!

Absolutely! Guests can attend and participate in most of the Convention events, but there are several member-only sessions. To compliment those sessions, we also offer spouse/guest events, several of which require pre-registration and a few that are meant for families with children. Worn only by members who have achieved the Pilgrim Degree, the Fez is the mark of a Delta Sig who has completed the fraternity ritual in its entirety. If you want to pick up your fez after completing the Pilgrim Degree at Convention, you must register & order it by June 1. Standard registration is $650 for alumni and guests and $400 for undergraduates from April 1 – June 15. Take advantage of our Early Bird Rate and save $125 when you register between January 25 – March 31. Prices will increase after June 15, so book now to lock in the best rate!
