In this session, program facilitators will learn more about this workshop, which utilizes the framework for moral reasoning to determine why people haze, and how to help undergraduates cultivate a culture of belonging in their chapters.

In this session, program facilitators will learn more about this workshop, which addresses how group norms and standards impact members’ individual choices to drink (or not), how different sexes are impacted by alcohol consumption, and how members can hold themselves and others accountable for behaviors influenced by alcohol.

Join us in celebrating the 100-year anniversary of the Pilgrim Degree, and be sure to order a special anniversary-edition fez during registration, complete with gold This Convention-only experience is a highlight for first time and returning members. The Pilgrim Degree will explore the history and values of Delta Sigma Phi, celebrate your dedication to the fraternity and answer the classic question: why the fez?

He now sees the power of interdependence more clearly than ever before, traveling the world to help people see life from a different perspective, building the clarity and confidence needed to view challenges as opportunities for success. Our guests will enjoy dining at Aba—a Mediterranean restaurant with three locations across the United States. Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, incorporates Chef CJ Jacobson's lighter style of cooking with influences from the Mediterranean, including Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, and Greece. The bar program showcases rare Mediterranean-inspired wines and spirits. This event has limited capacity. You must be pre-registered for this event

Join us in celebrating the accomplishments & perseverance of our undergraduate chapters. Prior to lunch, we'll enjoy a special presentation on etiquette from Erin Wynn. Erin is an etiquette expert whose career in politics has allowed her to work in both military and diplomatic protocol. She hosts etiquette training for a variety of organizations, from NBA teams to political officials, and is a proud University of Utah graduate and Kappa Kappa Gamma alum.

This Austin treasure also includes the Sips & Sweets Café, an "indulgent brand experience featuring a seasonal rotation of bites from local bakers", along with global wines and other drinks. Let's get wild! The Austin Zoo is an accredited non-profit with the Zoological Association of America. Their mission is to assist animals in need through rescue, conservation, and education.
Parents are encouraged to attend with their kids, but an HQ staff member will accompany the group for support. We will book and fund shuttles to and from the museum, but admission is not covered. Learn more on the Zoo's website.

Calling all night owls! Stay up with some late-night tacos and other snacks, to celebrate the start of Convention. Enjoy live entertainment courtesy of Justin Corley, Iota Rho '19, who will bring his unique brand of country rock all the way from Nashville, Tennessee, to the stage in Austin!
Justin has been playing, writing, and performing since he taught himself to play guitar at the age of 12. After graduating high school, Justin went on to Lander University, where he played at many venues in the community with the encouragement & support of his brothers.

At the conclusion of the Cowboy Hat Event we will be serving lunch to all Spouse/Guests. Come enjoy time with all other guests for a fun lunch from Torchy's Tacos. This Austin based restaurant will provide us with a delicious lunch in the hotel and great company with the other guests. If you are not participating in the hat event we will see you at 11:45am.

Come visit one of the oldest chapter houses in Delta Sigma Phi's history. The brothers of the Eta Chapter are excited to welcome brothers, friends and guests to their home. A shuttle will be provided to and from the chapter house. Note that this event is capped at 250 attendees, and is filling up fast!

The Austin Thinkery is a STEAM engine (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) to power kids' imagination, creativity, and love of learning, through 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor activity space designed to let children and families learn through play. Target ages are newborns through eleven years old, but the Thinkery's interactive experiences are designed to engage learners of all ages!

Brother Justin Baldwin will facilitate a wine tasting event of 4 wines from his own Vineyard and Winery. He will describe the wines, educate participants in how to properly taste a wine and what to look for to ensure high quality. Must be 21 or older to attend. If you choose to register for this event you must attend or be charged a $25 fee following the event if you do not attend.
